Passthru html is only supported with plain text signature in Lotus iNotes

If you want to insert image with Passthru html like into Lotus iNotes signature, you need to add Passthru html code into plain text signature filed and then choose auto append plain text signature in iNotes preference

If you want to insert html signature with image into Lotus iNotes, you can set html signature with image in Notes client, then you can set to use Notes client signature in iNotes preference
